Consolidated Rate ScheduleDownload the complete DBES 2011 Consolidated Rate ScheduleWork HoursRegular Work Hours are from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday Through Friday. All work hours are portal to portal. Overtime is charged for all work hours over 8 consecutive hours in a work day. All work hours over 12 consecutive hours will be charged premium time. Saturday work shall be billed at the overtime rate for the first 8 hours and premium time rate thereafter. Additionally, all day on Sunday and the following Holidays will be billed Premium Time Rates.
All charges are subject to a Four Hour Minimum (4 Hours). All holdover and stand-by time will be billed as regular work hours unless otherwise specified in advance. Fuel, Equipment and Insurance SurchargeAll invoices will be assessed a Fuel and Insurance Surcharge of 8%. DBES reserves the right to raise the fuel surcharge to 12% should the national fuel price for diesel rise above $4.75 per gallon.Disposal and Subcontractors and Rental EquipmentAll disposal and subcontractor services will be billed at cost plus 20%. All rental equipment and supplies will be billed at cost plus 20% including fees.Payment TermsAll payment terms are Net 10 days upon receipt of invoice unless other terms are agreed to in writing. All emergency response services are on a C.O.D. basis as specified below unless services are provided via party specific contract.Emergency Response Work - C.O.DAll emergency responses are C.O.D. unless otherwise agreed to in writing. If invoices are submitted for later payment in an emergency response, payment in full is due three (3) days after Double Barrel's delivery of an invoice (by hand delivery, fax, or overnight delivery) to customer or customer's representative unless otherwise agreed to in writing.Late ChargesFor all invoices (emergency and non-emergency) a 1.5% per month late charge (for additional administrative expenses due to collections on unpaid invoices) will be added to any unpaid balance on the day after payment is due and on every monthly anniversary of that date until the invoice and all added charges are paid in full.Attorney's Fees and Other ExpensesReasonable attorney's fees, collection fees, costs, pre-judgment interest, post-judgment interest, and other related expenses will be added if reasonably required to collect on any outstanding balance. All disputes shall be resolved in and under the laws in California. DBES shall not waive is rights to trial or be bound by arbitration.Commencement of Work Constitutes AcceptanceCommencement of work by Double Barrel without customer's prompt objection to the terms and conditions set forth in this document constitutes customer's acceptance of these terms and conditions. The terms and rates included herewith will be billed as shown unless other contractual agreement has been made.EquipmentWhen equipment is mobilized before 12:00 noon, the full day rate applies. If equipment is mobilized after 12:00 noon, the customer will be charged half of the daily rate.
