DBES has entered into a agreement and has aquired a brand new DOT 120 bbl Vacuum Tanker and 2 Bin Roll Off Truck from Dragon Products of Texas.  DBES now has full transportation capability 24 hours a day without reliance on subcontractors.  DBES has also purchased and taken delivery of 5 (20 yard) roll-off bins.
