DBES  congratulates Jon Teten on completing Hazardous Emergency Response Specialist school at the Emergency Response Training Center in Pueblo California.  This 5 day course includes response management and techniques to deal with all types of highway related icidents including tank trailers, intermodal containers, vans, and chlorine trailers.  Congratulations Jon!!!!
