DBES now provides full-coverage Oil Spill Removal Organization, (OSRO) services to our customers from our Long Beach/ Los Angeles Harbor location in Wilmington, CA. DBES maintains in ready status over 12,000 feet of boom and an Effective Daily Recovery Capacity (EDRC) of almost 9000 barrels per day (BPD)! DBES also maintains 42,000 gallons of owned and controlled storage capability.
