DBES closes its first year with over 1.4 million dollars in gross sales and is on track for gross sales of over 2 million dollars next year. “With the team and work ethic we have, I feel that we will continue to steadily grow and succeed”.

Double Barrel Environmental has responded to the California Fire Storm as requested by So Cal Edison. We are working with SCE crews to clear debris, remove downed transformers and cleanup and releases. DBES has been working on the Grass Valley and Slide Fire sites since the start of the fire. ” The fires were especially scary for some of as Stacey, Jon, Heather, Justin and Michelle and I are all residents of Lake Arrowhead. We basically camped out at the Double Barrel facility”, exclaimed Erik Ricardo, President. DBES currently has 2 response crews on-scene in support of SCE’s operations and expects to continue operations in support of SCE for at least another week.
Double Barrel Environmental Services, Inc. is DGS disaster relief contractor as well as a FEMA debris removal contractor. ” We have been allowed back into our homes, however sadly one of our employees , Justin did lose his home in the fire”, mentioned Erik.

DBES personnel responded to a Mercury spill at the California Air Resources Board testing lab in El Monte, CA. DBES personnel performed entry, monitoring, evaluation and cleanup of the contaminated area. Monitoring by the EPA START Team determined that the cleanup was effective and that the room was safe for reentry and occupancy!

DBES recently completed the cleanup of a 200 gallon jet fuel spill caused by a small fire fighting aircraft responding to the recent Butler 2 Fire. DBES personnel excavated over 50 tons of contaminated soil from the site and prepared them for transport to an approved TSDF.
DBES worked closely with County of San Bernardino HAzmat and City of Big Bear Lake personnel on the cleanup.

Double Barrel Environmental Services, Inc has just signed an agreement to purchase a 80 barrel vacuum truck built by Denver Truck Sales of Denver Colorado. The unit is a DOT 407/412 ASTM Certified Vacuum Tanker with a Masport pump and a built in Monitoring well Sampling System. The unit is being built on a Sterling Chasis with a 460 Cummins and an 18 Speed Trans. The unit is expected to be completed and delivered to DBES by October 1st 2oo7. ” We are very excited to make this important equipment aquisition which will allow us to better serve our customers needs as well as expand our service lines. Denver Truck is a quality builder that understands our needs and is working very closely with us to make this vacuum truck a multi-functional tool”, says Erik Ricardo, President.

Double Barrel Environmental Services, Inc. is pleased to annouce that it has signed a Lease to occupy the Newly constructed facility at 1676 Palmyrita Ave in Riverside, CA. The facility which is adjacent to our corporate yard and down the street from our current location will allow DBES to expand and better serve our customers.
We expect to begin preparing the facility by September 1st, 2007 and should be moved in by October 1st!!! Stay tuned for our Anniversary/Grand Opening Party!!!!!
